Do you offer vehicle and RV storage?

Yes, we offer vehicle storage inside individual units, and we have some outdoor 10x15 parking spaces.

What sizes do you have and what can they hold?

Check out our storage unit size chart here. We would also be happy to help you figure out which size would best suit your needs if you give us a call at 951-677-1162. Or stop by during business hours Mon - Sat: 8:30AM - 5:00PM (Closed for Lunch Mon - Sat: 1:00pm-1:30pm) and Closed Sundays, and we will be happy to give you a tour!

What are your access hours and your office hours?

Guave Street Self Storage business hours are Mon - Sat: 9AM - 5:30PM (Closed for Lunch Mon - Sat: 12pm-12:30pm) and Closed Sundays. Our gate access hours our 6AM to 7PM. If you rent a business unit or store a vehicle, you will have 24 hour access.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, cash and money orders. You may mail your payment, drop it off in the slot next to the front door. We also accept payments online once you are a tenant. We do NOT accept credit card payments over the phone unless you have already submitted a signed authorization form. These forms can be found under the Account Link above or you can call the office and we can email the form to you.. Automatic billing is available with a form on file as well.

Can I rent a unit over the phone or online?

You may RESERVE a unit over the phone or online, but the only way to complete the rental agreement is in person at one of our facilities.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

You can stay for one day or one decade (or longer!) but we do CHARGE you a minimum of one month's rent. And from there we bill in one month increments. We do require a 10 day notice to vacate.

Are my belongings insured while being stored at your facility?

Insurance for your property is a requirement of your lease at Guava Street Self Storage. Renting a storage unit is similar to renting an apartment. Your landlord does not insure your personal belongings. If you have homeowner's or renter's insurance, your property may be covered, but you should call your agent to double check. Also keep in mind there may be a high deductible and filing a claim is a hassle and can raise your premiums. We offer an excellent tenant insurance program that satisfies the lease requirement, for just $9 per month! Ask your Storage Consultant for details.
